Deneen M. Zaetta, OD

Dr. Zaetta grew up in Ligonier, PA, a small town southeast of Pittsburgh.  She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Penn State University and later graduated with honors from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry.

Before moving to the Twin Cities, Dr. Zaetta served as Director of Contact Lens Services at The George Washington University Medical Faculty Associates, Department of Ophthalmology, and a clinical instructor of ophthalmology at The George Washington University School of Medicine & Health Sciences.  Dr. Zaetta was a clinical trial investigator and is published in the American Journal of Ophthalmology.  She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry and serves as a clinical examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.

Dr. Zaetta has extensive training and experience in pre-and post-surgical care, ocular disease management, and specialty contact lenses.  She is knowledgeable in state-of-the-art refractive surgery techniques.  Dr. Zaetta is an educator and patient advocate and strives to build long-lasting relationships with her patients, fostering clear communication and trust.
